So often i see a fighter picking a legal glove and the other team opposing it and them having to agree to wear a different glove. I hate it, If a glove is legal you should get to wear it, no deals or contracts should overright that.
With such a huge difference between gloves, Foam, Horse hair, Hybrid Ect i like it, but it creates some headaches and honestly i feel it should be standadised (i dont want it to be, i just think it makes sense). Amature boxing tournements have standard gloves, UFC (and every other MMA organisation) have standard gloves, How long, If ever till Pro boxing follows suit?
Will pro boxing ever completely standardised gloves?

Good topic to raise but in all honestly it will never be universal until boxing has a single governing body. Its a business first and a sport second

i would go one futher and also say colours now , if your hitting a bag or mucking about fighting with gloves on and the lights not great i think black gloves are harder to see ,also white gloves if there is a bright light on, i think gloves should be red and red only

100% Pro boxing gloves should be red and either reyes or grant and that's it.Offthehook wrote: ↑14 Dec 2021, 08:57red reyes...its the pro game after allbrilo33 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2021, 20:11 i would go one futher and also say colours now , if your hitting a bag or mucking about fighting with gloves on and the lights not great i think black gloves are harder to see ,also white gloves if there is a bright light on, i think gloves should be red and red only
