It's just a difference of opinion chap, I think a guy could cut weight and still be effective at LHW and you don't. No need to get salty about it.
It's not a difference of opinion, one man is clearly much the bigger man.

I'm not getting salty, but you're being absurd.
Of course one guy is much bigger than the other, but still Makabu is a small cruiserweight. One I believe could cut to LHW and still be brilliant. You don't think that, that's cool, I'm not sure why you keep arguing about it tbh. However I still think it's an amazing achievement if could Canelo could win a strap at CW (against a much bigger man). It'd be incredible for his legacy.
Ok, fine, you believe that if you wish, but you have fcuk all to base that belief on.

You can’t say Makabu isn’t a small cruiser. He’s neither a huge or small one. He’s just a genuine cruiser.
No doubt he could make 175lbs; he deffo could given the right nutrition and dieting but he’d be a shadow. Kinda like Bellew. Canelo is fighting a genuine cruiser here; no need for any real discussion on it.
If Canelo’s life depended on him making 147lbs and forgetting physical performance… he’s coming in at 146lbs with a gun to his head.

I'm not saying it couldn't be done, just that it wouldn't really be desirable.

Yeah, I agree. Makabu would be a nobody at light heavy.
