Does anyone know much about the IBA? I happened to catch some fights on the London Live channel on Sky. Former pro Mark Potter was the ref and John H Stracey was an interviewer. It also showed highlights of Potter stopping Butterbean in a round a few years ago. These fights aren’t on the fighters pro records but they look like pro fights, what’s the story? Are the fighters unable to get a regular pro licence?
EDIT: Just been googling, semi-pro fighters it seems.
