Tyson never even got involved. Big John got a bit carried away, like.

Everyone involved in that press conference should be mortally embarrassed.
Apart from Jake Paul. It’s his Shtick.
He’s in control, has the perfect foil to rile up and is maximising his earnings.
The notion that Fury will steal his following if he wins is delusional.

I thought Tyson was pretty chilled in it, treated it like a joke.Frostieballs wrote: ↑25 Nov 2021, 03:49 Everyone involved in that press conference should be mortally embarrassed.

And don't forget, Tommy's getting about the same as Josh Taylor for a fight he'd be lucky to get a grand for without his surname.

He was fairly chilled, but having the heavyweight champ of the world rubber stamping this isn’t good for the sport.mickey1975 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2021, 03:54I thought Tyson was pretty chilled in it, treated it like a joke.Frostieballs wrote: ↑25 Nov 2021, 03:49 Everyone involved in that press conference should be mortally embarrassed.

As Paul said, Tyson should be getting the purse!

Theo did an interview at my mates gym. He's a middleweight, at best.

Hahahaha. Is that actual John Fury voice recording? If it’s someone doing an impression they are incredibly good

Anything less than Tommy giving Paul a hiding will be an embarrassment
Re: Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury | BT PPV - 18 December 2021
Someone needs to tell the Fury clan that we are listening "Hey, listen " cracks me up the amount of times they say that.
Its almost as bad as the amount of times Robin Reid used to say "do you know what I mean"

What would have been funny was for Paul to put the fight on with the premise of Theo and Fury on the undercard with the purse going to charity.

Re: Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury | BT PPV - 18 December 2021
There are a few reports circulating that Tommy’s pulled out. Won’t go down well with less than 2 weeks to find a replacement.
