Agree with this. Can see Khan rocking Brook first with his speed and then finishing him. Obviously Brook lands he can spark Khan himself.
Brook couldn’t take a shot from Brook. No resistance.

Khan would need to start fast. Could finish it quicker.

I'm not a betting man but might have to look into Khan early.

Brook gonna look like a zombie if he's gotta weigh in at 147 and I wouldn't be surprised if Khan had penalties and rehydration clause put into the contract either.

Nobody really thought Kell looked terrible in the lead up to the Crawford fight. He looked like he did the weight very correctly and possibly for the first time in his career.

I don't think we can look too much into either man's last "proper" fight. The Billy Dib fight was a close to an exhibition as you can get. Crawford has just stopped the "unstoppable" Shawn Porter, whilst I've never seen Crawford as much of a puncher at Welter - so far he has stopped everyone he has fought.

Think people questioning Brook's punch resistance are basing it a bit on that one fight and the angles Crawford hits you with there is the surprise element. Khan also quit in his last proper fight.

I think it is intriguing at 147 or 154. Khan is definitely no 154.

Potentially this tops Eubank and Benn facing off in a gladiator challenge in terms of an over the hill rivalry. Hatton v Junior Witter needs to be added to the undercard immediately!

imagine they add it as a exhibition on the undercard.

Are Hatton and Witter on good terms?

Brook is a bit of a funny one at the moment, I’m sure we all think he’s spent but no Shame in his losses, 3 p4p quality fighters, khan isn’t near the level of the 3 losses Brook has, really is a 50 50 fight this

Wheres the ' i dont care option'

Brook was calling khan out in 2011!

Khan avoided him like the plague making up every excuse and lie possible to avoid the brook brownies. Yet now he suddenly wants it lol, I'll believe it when the bell rings.

This fight is waaaaay past its sell by date. The press conference will definitely be better than the fight

People use the draw option if they don't care.

Announcement Monday

“It’s no secret, for the past two months we’ve been trying to make Amir Khan against Kell Brook. I think it’s a fight that every boxing fan has wanted to see for years and years and there’s been a lot of competition – every promoter has wanted it, no matter what’s being said and what isn’t being said," Shalom told Talk Sport.

“I think we are very, very close now and hopefully we’ll announce that on Monday and it will take place in February in Manchester. It’s the biggest fight BOXXER have been involved in. Kell Brook fought for a world title last year and looked good up until being stopped by perhaps the pound-for-pound king. These guys are ages 34, 35 – you almost get that direct comparison to the [Manny] Pacquiao-[Floyd] Mayweather fight.

“These guys would still compete extremely well domestically. I think they’re both at a similar age, similar point in their career, and if the fight does happen, which it looks very, very close to be happening now, it’s something that I just can’t believe we’re involved in.”

From an entertainment perspective 147 is probably best as both will be chinny. If it’s at 154 & Brook isn’t drained then I’d expect him to win comfortably.

And then called off somewhere along the line with a week or 2 to the fight

I’m not bothered at all about this fight at the moment but come fight night I’ll probably be buzzing for it.

Couldn’t give a shit about this fight tbh. Both guys are on the cusp of retirement, and both looked pretty shot against Crawford. Certainly not paying PPV.

I think Brook looked worse as fas as being chinny and predict a Khan quick win providing he's still fast and it's at 147

I have a feeling it will be £24.95 on PPV

Gonna be at the Manchester 'AO' Arena.
No doubt it will sell out.

Khan is from Greater Manchester himself, has a huge following from anywhere in the UK.

Brook is only an hour drive away over the Pennines.

Possibly last time they'll both be in the ring.

Definitely not as big as it would have been even 4 years ago, But it'll still do them both good ££'s.
