I don't believe that's the right Tommy Tucker pictured. Possibly the Tommy Tucker pictured is the fighter listed as a Featherweight having one known amateur bout out of Waterbury, CT in 1938. Probably later grew into a Welterweight.

Also confusing the matter, reading up on him...Tommy Tucker, the Heavyweight, also spent time in Rockville Centre, New York (Long Island)..not all that far from Rockville, CT.
