People forget how well Brook was doing with Spence. He was a major talent. Getting stabbed never helped him.

and btw kell will always be on the history books as being ahead vs tel crawford :yay:

and even vs ggg :yay:

think he was even on the cards with spence till the 9th or close to that or something too?

a repeating issue with not being able to go 12 rounds..........but when he was boxing 'on', he was hella good

I think it will be a good fight. Brook has always been levels above Khan who's almost always came unstuck vs fighters that carry a bit of power. It's intriguing though because I'm not sure how much punishment Brook can withstand now and Khan could do some damage to his broken face.

I wonder if Brook regrets ruining himself vs Golovkin, such a needless match up.

I think it will be a cracker while it lasts, both are at the same level and there may well be a few knockdowns,if Khan still has some speed I think he wins in a couple of rounds

Severe financial penalty.

For every pound Brook comes over the 149 limit, he will forfeit £100k.

Yeah Khan deserves a lot of credit for the Maidana fight, I thought he was going to get properly smashed up if he took it and was convinced he’d duck it.

I had Kell a round down when he got stopped. Spences body work paid off.

i could see him wilting from the early rounds- not that I could see it at that point, but I found it predictable given the way the first few rounds worked out, with Spence setting the pace and working the body and Kell (it seemed to me) boxing at his absolute maximum just to keep him off, as soon as his energy depleted at all he was very vulnerable. to me halfway through that fight was screaming 'Spence by stoppage'

I agree. But Khan is a long way from a pre crash Spence.

No, Cp. That was when I said Big John Fury wasn't very good for PR.

I'd agree usually, but I think Brook getting done with a jab last time could show he's fragile
