Made a thread about this yesterday. Knew all the people saying Sheeraz would blow him away early were wrong. Long way to go but Skeete is schooling him.

No way the main event should be so late. I usually go to bed at 9.30.

Skeete 4-1 up.

Sheeraz is usually a slow starter but I’ve been really disappointed with him. It reminds me of Valuev against Haye a little bit. No speed of foot and minimal work rate whilst Skeete is boxing nicely.

Still think Sheeraz will win though.

If he has paid the judges off he will yeah.

Otherwise, I can’t see it. Skeete is controlling this at will. As long as he doesn’t make a mistake and get caught, it’s looking good for Skeete.

Skeet still moving clockwise, left hand down, chin and eyes up. Your not going to hit him flush with a strait right, need to loop a couple in. but shre has no looping right. (rare i think you need more looping shots but this is on of the times.

sheeraz looking like a lot of these 'big and strong at the weight' guys often do when they face their first skilled boxer

I keep thinking Sheeraz will go for it, quicken up and throw more shots.

My worry for Skeete is that whilst he’s winning the rounds he’s not dominating so who knows with our judges.

What is it with Frank and the Copper box and ridiculously late finishes.

5-2 Skeete after 7. Better round for Sheeraz in the 7th. Hopefully Skeete still has plenty in the tank.

By the way, is skeet actualy winning this rounds. He is making sheraz miss. but he isnt landing anything of note back. just pitterpatter on the gloves every now and then. It feels like he is dominating because he is frustraiting his opponent, but in terms of quality landed its close.
