Can't really argue with that.
The aggregate skill is what gets it to No.1.
That’s for me anyway.
Appreciate people would be more inclined to the fights where a KO at-least-kinda-mighta have gone either way. Teo-Kambo was IMO fought at a distinct lower skill level than my two manlove boys, but they did show that each of them carried the ability to hurt and maybe end the other. My two boys as much as I manlove them didn’t do that. I was halfway to actually crying watching that shit, though. The skill I was watching.
I’m still a bit shocked so many think Fury Wilder 3 was great. Sloppy as hell, slaps and rabbit punches galore and the only drama is wether Wilder lands big. I was underwhelmed. They both looked fûcked from fairly early and Fury’s knockdown punches were like clubs very poorly executed.
Compare it to a real great Heavyweight fight like Bowe Holyfield and it looks abysmal.

True that Tommo
We have been a bit starved of quality in the top division, so it is easy for everyone to latch onto that fight as being decent.
It actually wasn't in context. Tyson was less fit, and Wilder was just Wilder that gassed even earlier.
I do disagree that it was underwhelming though, I was entertained- but only from the knockdowns, not from any quality.

I managed to avoid the actual result but someone told me it was an amazing fight. I was watching thinking wtf. Especially Tyson’s poorly executed punching. He’s better than Wilder but I really want to see him fight someone else in the top 5.

Same, a lot of talk about his poor resume and I have to agree. Klitchko, and Wilder x 3.
Not HOF stuff, and from what I have seen in the press, he is eating and boozing hard out. So that might be it for him. Shame really.

I’m no hater of him, I was super impressed he got off the floor in the first and then hammered wilder in the second fight but I’d like to see him keep momentum going. I still think Joshua at his best has a chance against him. I think Usyk beats him now. He’s defo heavy on the booze and it’s nothing to do with genetics that weight he carries. He’s a big mauler, not the tidy boxer people make out.
