I still don't get the love for Ruiz, hes scored one decent win, lost legitimately vs Parker and looked awful in his last two outings.

I'd like to see Ruiz prove the Joshua win was no fluke before we fights Fury. Let's see him against a Rivas or a Michael Hunter.

I agree, the loss to Parker was legit & he won’t show the potential demonstrated vs Joshua 1.

If he fights Fury at 235-pounds, then I’d probably be interested.

If Fury boxed and moved against Ruiz then it would be a masterclass/schooling. AJ did it and people some people said he was running scared.

And convinced himself he could do it against Usyk!

Yeah - he thought he was a master boxer unfortunately and was never really in the fight.

Joshua did try to be more aggressive, come forward and press a few times early in that fight.
He ate a couple of good lefts in the first two rounds that made him more cautious, then he tried it again in the 3rd and Usyk stunned him hard and Joshua thought "fornicate this", I'll box and hope for the best, but I'll get taken out if I try fight with him.

Eddie Hearn's comments that he tried to sell to the public after the fight that all Joshua needed to do was be aggressive and he'd be too big, strong and powerful for Usyk are merely to sell a rematch.
Hearn knows if Joshua did that it's probable he'd have been stopped early.

Is that the narrative? I watched it as part of a fully Usyk group of boxing fans. It's not like we're not patriotic, but we all knew enough about boxing to figure Usyk was far superior in all aspects but size, so we were all confidently behind him.

I had a bet on Usyk late stoppage, so the fact that he said he could do it but didn't meant I lost money and was quietly fuming. But none of us thought AJ would win.

We spend hours online arguing about whether the WBA interim Featherweight Titlist should be upgraded to Super Champion and whatnot.

I think Fury is more popular than AJ. He's not as marketable, or well-marketed, but he's become 'a crossover star' organically- by being his real self.
I think he'll sell our a big arena on his own and would fill Wembley easily against Whyte - who sells a fight really well.

As far as ticket sales go, AJ is a mutant. To think that Lewis vs Bruno did under 26,000 and Bruno-McCall did 30,000 in Frank's back yard.

fury is starting to get popular and aj less in my opinion but i would imagine the general public would say aj than fury, he sold out big stadiums i don’t think fury could unless it was against aj not even sure with usyk maybe
