charlie martin from georgia
My father was Charles A Martin who boxed out of Georgia in the 1920s and 30s. They called him "Charlie". He told me he was the Lightweight Champion of the South in 1928. I met "KO" Miller whom he fought when he was in the ring. KO came to our home in Jacksonville Florida when I was young. I have pics of my father during his boxing days. They called him the "Knock Out Kid"! Could I post a pic of him on your site?

Is this your father or a different Charlie Martin? The boxing record is very likely to be incomplete.548789 wrote: ↑16 Jan 2022, 18:23 My father was Charles A Martin who boxed out of Georgia in the 1920s and 30s. They called him "Charlie".
