I’m sure Katie’s a very nice girl and all that but I’m sick of the virtual deification of her by journos terrified of cancel culture playing the woke game

I wonder what Katie would have been getting paid early in her career if like anyone else turning pro she would’ve had to justify her place on big cards by selling her own tickets. And what would her more recent purses be if there were accurate figures available as to how many buys her fight contributed to PPV sales ? Probably absolute peanuts in both cases.

Being gifted unmerited huge sums of money by promoters using her to display their woke credentials doesn’t make her a flag bearer for equality in women’s sport, it makes her a willing participant in a con job.

Easy. She would have got well paid for the Chisora/Parker PPV show at the start of last year and I’m sure she would have been well paid on the AJ/Ruiz New York show.

What's well paid? 500k? Has she ever earned a million for a fight?

I reckon her highest purse will be something like £3-400k whilst she’s probably been getting a minimum of £100k for the rest of her fights in the last few years.

I’d be shocked if she’s earning those sums.

If someone is speaking on his podcast, Bunce seems to agree with everything being said. I wouldn't imagine he's any different away from it.

It’s a movement which started off decent eg helping deserving causes , being awoken to media / corporate manipulation. But over the years has been twisted whereby if you have any difference in opinion to a liberal narrative you’re a heathen.

It gets to the point where it becomes ridiculous eg someone saying they’re now the opposite gender despite having no surgery so by law they are and you can’t disagree.

Buncey has jumped on the woke bandwagon about female boxing.

I did actually try to watch something with Bunce the other day , , I just could'nt do it , had to turn it off , It felt like someone was drilling into my ears , that high pitched screaming winey voice was actually unbearable ,

Yes - Bunce isn`t an ideal person to be seen or heard; his strength is definitely allowing people to read his opinions if they so wish.

Aside from his desperate attempt to stay relevant to maintain his current woke position. The groups he seems to gravitate towards (real fighting men like Big John Fury etc) it just identifies him as contradicting what he says. The adage says that water finds its own level, and birds of a feather flock together ... its clear what Bunce is; every bit the arrogant bully he looks who no doubt idolises other such bullies, so whatever he screeches to the contrary just makes him look even more fake.

I think people exaggerate and inflate their known/talked about traits over time and end up becoming something of a parody of themselves!

10 years ago, Bunce on allegedly chatting away with Lilis was fine. He had the passion, and yes he would go on his high picthed ramblings at times when he decided to....but now it seems to be what he does, all the time.

Another case, I recently started watching Homes Under the Hammer again (We've just bought a house and needs rennovation ) and that presenter who's done it from the start is now a parody of how he was 15 years ago when I used to watch it as a lazy Uni student. His mannerisms, mumblings and weird noises actions he does seems to now be a constant and 5 times as exagerated.

Bit random that, but you get the point, I hope
