Angel Fernandez, the Spanish Tunde, would definitely be one of the fluffers however..... some say he replaced AKA Skinz as Joshua's love interest on the team....
As well as being an unbeaten amateur who is so good at pads, he's been thrown out of many gyms by jealous trainers.....
Not many predicted what would happen in the Parker/Chisora, Fury/Wilder 2, Fury/Wilder 3 or AJ/Ruiz 2 matches, so I'm cautious about going too hard on the Usyk victory.
But that said, Usyk didn't have his hardest night, and I can easily go with his statement that he would have been able to go for the KO if he hadn't been advised not to (bell and the ropes saved Joshua in Round 12), and was so clearly winning on the scorecards.
AJ can do different things sure, but it's difficult not to see Usyk adjusting, and also really hurting AJ if things are looking close.
Still, not hard to see a controversial AJ split decision win is it?
I'm happy enough to see it again, as long as they both fight well again this year.

He'll probably be a bit hesitent doing that after getting hurt in the first fight a few times

Great news if true but what a joke, if he would have accepted it months back perhaps we would have had Fury vs Usyk in the spring.
Find this hard to belive. hope its true, but would he really risk it? If true Im sure he is contracted a shot at the winner, but whats to stop Fury winning and retiring undisputed.... Fury has bailed on contracted fights before, no way i trust him with something this big unless i have a shitload of his cash as collateral.
All disbelife aside, it has not felt like AJ is going to fight usyk any time soon.

whyte will probably be offered more money to step aside fury then actually fighting him , if they step aside why can't they strike a deal fury v usyk and aj v whyte winner fights winner

Disagree. It’s part of the reason you have rematch clauses so it gives you a strong negotiation position even if you lose the fight.
He is the biggest hype job by a mile - sold more tickets and PPVs by a mile than anyone else from the U.K. in history. That’s not a bad thing. That’s someone who’s played the game and been extremely well promoted by Sky and Eddie.

The contracts have nothing to do with us but AJ doesn’t fight for us and neither do the majority of fighters - they do it for themselves.
As for AJ being massively hyped that’s hardly bad for us either - he’s brought more eyeballs/publicity to boxing in the U.K. than anyone in the previous 20 years and has had several big fights in the U.K. What’s bad about him being massively hyped?
i think people need to chill on aj on here , he may not be everyone's cup of tea but has achieved more than 99% of the population ever will he's lost to one of the best fighters on the planet and revenged the other defeat how bout we just celebrate having a 2 time world champion and maybe one day 3 time who knows

I disagree. He was built perfectly for the casuals, but when it came to gut check, he was clueless. Mike Tyson had Tillis, Green etc, Fury had McDermott, Del 1, they all had someone. AJ wasn't ready when it came his way. Commercially brilliant, they created something that wasn't true.
