Can anybody tell me what the music is from the OPENING credits of Steve Coogan's new series? The closing is different.
What I really want to know is what it was used on in the 1970s...I'm sure it was the theme tune to some other show back in the day.

Isn't the tune called 'hocus pocus?' Or is that the one at the end.

I liked the one this week where he was thinking of having an affair, and then noticed the tin of new potatoes in the bag....the end scene with him chucking the new potatoes into the quarry is hilarious.
Alan Partridge was a wanker, thing with Saxondale is you find yourself quite liking him even if he can be a bit of a tit.

The scene last week when he was talking to a young guy in the Hi-fi shop was priceless
slapsie
it was an excellent back n forth between two prodigious hi fi nerds.
First episode was a bit w@nk, then his mate with the bad leg came round the next week, broke out a quater of acapolco gold and things started to get better.
