The Klitschko brothers have signed up for the Ukrainian military reserve.

Not the greatest article but the accompanying video is pretty interesting, words from both Klitschkos speaking in English about the current situation.

They would be too old to join the USA Military.
That said they are probably in better shape than most people in the Military, except maybe Special Forces, and they certainly can fist fight better than anyone in the military BAR NONE Even at their advanced age, not a good move for someone to try to mug these 2 former greats.
