Ingredients
½ cucumber, cut into thin matchstickssmall bunch spring onions, shreddedFor the duck1 tbsp honey1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder2 duck breasts (about 170g each)For the plum sauce5 plums, halved and stoned50ml agave syrup1 tbsp soy sauce½ tsp Chinese five-spice powderFor the pancakes150g plain flourrapeseed oil, for brushingMethod

STEP 1

The duck
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix the honey and five-spice in a bowl, then brush all over the duck. Transfer to a roasting tin and roast for 25-30 mins until bronzed. Cool for 10 mins, then shred the meat and finely slice the skin.

STEP 2

Plum sauce
While the duck is cooking, put all the plum sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently over a medium heat for 15 mins or until the plums are soft and the sauce is thick. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.

STEP 3

While the sauce is cooking, put the flour, 125ml boiling water and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix together until it forms a dough. When cool enough to handle, knead for 5-10 mins. Divide it into 10 little balls and roll each one out as thin as you can. Brush a frying pan with the oil and cook each pancake over a medium heat for 20 secs each side or until cooked but not browned.

STEP 4

To serve
Spread a pancake with a little plum sauce. Top with the shredded duck, a few pieces of cucumber and spring onion

the great liam williams, arguably andrade's best opponent in years, dropped 4x and beaten widely by chris eubank jr today. previously beaten 2x by liam smith

in 14 years pro, how many guys has andrade beaten who were clearly better than '50-50' williams?

Man, I really feel bad for this kid Andrade. I’ve never seen a boxer try so hard and for sooo long to land a money fight of some kind and nothing has worked. Nothing has even come close to working. He’s tried everything that has worked for other boxers but still here we are talking about him possibly fighting Aljimkouygh€>+. Who in the hell is that? I’d toss the belt in the crapper instead of fighting this guy too. It’s not like owning the belt has helped him land a fight to keep him enthused. Why take a fight that you can’t get up for at this stage for chump money compared to the rest of these main even boxers. Screw THAT.

Are you aware of Andrade’s resume for the last four years?

Are you are aware of the amount of times Andrade has definitely ducked top-ten world-rated opposition? And I’m referring to situations conceded by Demetrius’ own team.

Do you know anything about Alimkhanuly?

If the answer is “no” for any of those questions, then you really shouldn’t feel sorry for Andrade’s so-called “plight”.

The guy doesn’t want top ten guys. He wants champions and I don’t blame him. You saw we did to Sulecki who everyone thought was THE animal to shut him up and what a mismatch. The guy’s 33 years old and champion and he’s been fed nothing but garbage opponents. Opponent after opponent that bring in zero dollars but plenty of risk. I’m completely with him in saying enough is enough. Might as well give up on anything happening at 160. Go to 168 and fight his way to a mandatory. Anything’s better than another risky, Rusky with an iron jaw for no money. Newsflash, 2% of Boxing fans have ever heard of this guy and what’s he even done in 11 pro fights to deserve a title shot? What bc he was an Olympian who didn’t medal but won some amateur world titles back in 2013? He s no Loma or Usyk. Some boxers still need to put a body of work in to attain title shots over in my world.

Like you 40 animals count in the grand scheme of things?! Lol. After Jacobs failed to dominate him and Sulecki had big moments, the majority of fans thought the fight with Andrade would be very competitive and it was a drubbing. Sulecki still has nightmares of Andrade.

Nice sample size man. You must do market research for my company when it comes to stock options. Oh next year? Because 40 dudes living in their Ma’s basement out of 10 million people think now is not the time. Dope.
