Talking of levels, what about Wallin. Plodded to a decision win over someone with 24 losses on his record (25 now)

Interesting. :TU:

Although that’s probably his every day look.
Eubank Sr is proper bonkers to be fair - wearing that sheriff badge ... who over the age of 10 years old wears a sheriff badge on an evening out?

Off topic - but how much is Eubank Sr worth? last I read he was driving a £400k car.
Previous to that Id read he was declared bankrupt years ago - and apparently accused of financially ripping off some woman he`d been in a relationship with.

Where does he earn his money now?

He's just done a solid out tour with Benn.

Imagine getting a seat next to him .I didn't see him make conversation with anyone when the camera panned on to him.
The fella on his left looked a bit strange too , dunno who he was but looked like an extra from rocky horror show .

It wasn't but with sky's backing he may get a title shot. What has happened to the Eubank throwing combinations and upercuts ?,that was worth watching.
As I was saying earlier, that engine seems to have been sacrificed.

I think that as soon as Eubank jr steps up and is being outboxed, he will revert to type and switch straight back into reckless marauding mode. I don’t think he’s lost his engine. Its almost innate owing to his determination. The lad is mentally strong.

I know Hatton supplements his earnings doing such things on a regular/constant basis. But are these earning much over £100k a year?
His ring earnings were gone before 2009 when he was bankrupt owing well over a million quid just to the taxman.

I know he has done a fair bit of reality TV, but again that won't be anything like serious big money. Eubank SR really demonstrates the adage of a fool and their money .. yet he is regularly seen driving cars worth a serious amount.

Is there a connection to Dubai somewhere in there? Seems to be lots of shady stories about that place over the last few years.

i'll cut him slack, because ive seen so many times how fighters are often least impressive when they take these type of fights (e.g. stay busy fights vs someone much below their level, with no real significance to the fight)

I’m not so sure. He could have done with some more of the marauding in the second half of last nights fight.

No , the fella on his left was an older looking bloke that looks like he wasn't averse to a bit of help in the anti aging department .

This for me was the most entertaining part of the show. To be fair Sr is/was a US Marshall but yes he's crazier than a box of frog :OhYes:

It annoyed me that silly Adam Smith was crowing about being in the presence of greatness in regard to Shields when you have proper fighters like Williams, climbing off the deck 4 times to keep coming all night over 12x3's and not receiving any plaudits.

Domestic only.
His title shot will be cringeworthy, mainly because his chin will keep him in there getting punished
I will be glad to see him punished, he’s a wank.

How can anyone like a guy who showboats for over half the fight, even when he is losing round after round doing it?
Is there any bigger knobgobbler in boxing today? :maybe:

I just watched the fight just now, I didn’t know the result but I found it crap. I can see why your saying CEj is British level. He is a top 10 contender but he’s so flawed he has no chance against a serious world champion.

I had to put the replay on slow to even see the first KD punch.

Yeah, that irritated me. Tremendous effort to haul himself back into contention (till the wrongly called KD in the 11th killed it as a contest) and should have been better rewarded, both by the judges and commentary team.
