De Leon was a decent boxer/puncher but to me,Qawi was pretty unbeatable,aside from Spinks & Holyfield.He had a great chin and could set a fast pace and keep it .He could box or fight.
I think he would cut the ring off and batter De Leon to a ud or late tko.
