This is one of the toughest matchups to pick a winner. Both were exceptional and gifted professional boxers. Especially, fighting inside in which is a lost art today.

I lean with El Gallo de Oro by late stoppage. He was much more of a complete fighter than the great Carlos Zarate. Zarate had the reach and better punch. Jofre was more technically sound and faster. Could his chin hold up Zarate's punches? I don't know. I think yes.

But, Whatever it would be, it would be a war.
