BIG FIGHTS ON SKY

Does anyone know if SKY are going to show any more big fights live from the US ?

Or was the last few months just a one off!!! End of football season !!!

Why don't we all request the following fights and any others you can think of as MUST SEE's for UK fans, just a quick e-mail to [email protected] - I think the request work.

Sat 16th September - Marco Antonio Barrera Vs Rocky Juarez II - great undercard (4 very good world title fights) as well. ( rematch - SKY showed the first live and it was cracker)

Sat 7th October - Diego Corrales Vs Joel Casamayor III - Both first two fights shown on SKY, both crackers, I will never forget the first one!!! Probably one of the best fights (best round 4 ) I have ever seen Live on SKY.

Sat 18th November - Manny Pacquiao Vs Erik Morales III - first two fights between these were shown on SKY and were real barn burners - brilliant fights ! I reckon the third one will be the best with Morales stopping Pacman late in a real thriller.

These are the biggest fights this summer, we don't want delayed shows every friday - although the domestic action coming up is brilliant, we MUST request these, they are the fights we want to see.

Well they are showing Forrest vs Quartey / Powell vs Ouma on delayed basis (a week on friday).

To be fair, its probably too soon as to weather Sky will showcase these. I would say they probably will. They love Corrales and they love rematches.

Wasn't Juerez thought of as overated before the Barrera fight?

They nearly always show Morales and Barrera so I assume both their fights will be shown . I would say Corrales v Casamayor will be shown too .

However Sky always show more fights during the summer than other times of year and now that the summer is gone we will see a reduction in US fights .

I'm hoping they show Rahman v Maskaev next week.

I had a feeling they might be showing more boxing because of the end of the football season.
If they go back to showing nothing, like they were from jan-june i will complain.

Well I guess we'll find out soon. Premiership season kicks off a week saturday!
