This would be a Great Battle. It'd be a 50-50 bout, especially being that they were both Hot and Cold types of Boxers, at least Overall, Carear-Wise. Despite that Mugabi might be the favorite, I'd go out on a limb for this particular bout, and predict that Carter would be able to dig extra deep, based on the specific style of his favorited opponent, and pull off a close but clear cut decision victory.
