Mak is on a bit of a run, but has he cracked the top 15 yet?

Are there others (Hughie Fury) who deserve to crack it before him?

No one's even scheduled to fight.

Dempsey McKean and Wardley are fighting (not each other) next weekend, we have the Scottish belt this weekend too.

Yes, he should enter at #15. He did much better against Wach than Whyte, who is overrated.

Anybody else notice only ONE of the top 50 heavyweights on BoxRec is currently scheduled? Would the division be more interesting if some of these guys fought more often?

McKean next week? I know.

The Yoka-Bakole was supposedly rescheduled but itโ€™s not listed yet on BoxRec.

Chisora is 0-3 in the last two years. His last win is over now retired David Price.

Mak to 15.

Anyone who saw the fight also saw that Mak still has a lot of work to do in order to compete on top 15 level.

Hopefully that sets up Wardley Vs McKean for the commonwealth belt.

Yeh and Chisora didnโ€™t do TOO BADLY against Parker.

Does Mak beat Huggies you reckon? Or Chisora?

I know he would have to beat them to prove it.. but we donโ€™t seem to get the fights.

Mak vs Hughie would be a good bout to see if:
1 - Mak can beat a boxer with skills
2 - Hughie can beat a puncher with size.

Mak to 15.
To be fair though Chisora was compeditive vs parker twice. and gave usyk his hardest fight ever? or mabey since briedis. (i dont think he gave usyk a super hard fight, but i cant think of anyone thats given him a significantly harder one).

Mak Stopped a 42 year old Wach. FORTY TWO.... and wach probably won 2 or 3 rounds, just didnt have what it takes to survive big mak when he started clubbing, which is fair, there isnt a 42 year old in the world that can survive a big mak clubbing.

I rate Mak and want him to get his chance to be top 15, but i think chisora has shown a lot more in his last 3 than mak has proven in his last 3.

Take Pulev out of that list, move everyone up one place and put Big Mak in 15.

Naa.

He gave him a rough first few rounds.. then Usyk coasted. Only the Matchroom/Sky posse was saying it was close or even that Chisora won. Jokers.

After the first couple rounds, it was only going one way.

Usyk won clear and was in control, i dont debate that. But I still think it was on of usyks toughest fights so i have to give chis some credit.

Chis gave usyk a tougher night than AJ, Bellew, Gassiev, Huck, Hunter, glowaki and Thabiso Mchunu in the pros.. add in joyce and the rest in the semi pros/WSB... There some pretty good names.

yea, ok. But id say chis was his 2nd toughest. my point is, id consider giving usyk his 2nd toughest fight as a pro is probably a better preformance than beating a 42 year old wach. Id also say going closeish over 2 fights with parker is also considerably better than beating a 42 year old wach.

Some people base there rankings on wins and losses. And thats fair, each to there own. I tend to base it on wins/losses/preformances and heavily heavily count the quality of opponent. because of that id still have chis above MAk But thats just me.

mak not quite top 15 yet for me, needs to beat someone fresher. the rice win might actually be better than the wach win, though putting wach down is a good accomplishment. clearly plenty of power but needs refinement

I would not be too surprised if Del Boy retired. That was a heck of a war Parker put him through and he is coming up to 39.

It's a nice list. Arslan, for now, hasn't done enough to be on it. I believe that Hrgo, Dubois and Arslan are very similar in style. And non of them done shit until this point.
