To be fair, Gennadiy's tweet does appear to have been written by someone who manages his social media accounts on his behalf, because he isn't particularly eloquent when he's being interviewed by the English media. :D

That's not a criticism either, simply an obvious observation.

So there it is, Son of satan is a lying fraud. He lied about GGG for years. The truth always comes out eventually. Shame on the son of satan the father of lies.

who has made more money as a prize (not pride) fighter i wonder, ggg or ward

how much would ggg get for another canelo fight?

ward bringing this up in 2022 sounds like something still stings him a bit, the impression i get is that being much more accomplished than ggg isnt enough to sooth him and that he's a bit jealous of geej over something.

Ward should find comfort believing that he would have schooled both GGG and Canelo. He retired undefeated, they won't.

ya , all about dat 0 baby, rocky marciano at 49-0 wouldve surely crushed bums with losses like ortiz and wilder too

too bad ward never actually got around to schooling canelo and ggg. i guess he can have sweet dreams and fantasies about it at least, but for some reason he's still sore about it all in 2022

i guess this mindset kinda sums up the support that fighters like, for example, andrade get

unbeaten record + fantasy make believe wins that never actually happened = :yay:

ranking the smw greats

joe calzaghe 46-0 > sven ottke 34-0 > andre ward 32-0

there's also the wildcard of other fighters being able to day dream wins over these guys though, so these rankings aren't 100 percent fool proof

I’m not sure why you believe career earning has anything to do with this discussion, since no one else mentioned it, other than yourself?

Ward simply answered a question he was asked.

And then somebody representing GGG on his Twitter handle responded.

Team Ward claim an offer was made. And Team GGG admit to rejecting that offer (regardless of their reasons, this actually happened).

Team GGG also repeatedly admitted to the media the fact they only wanted to face Ward at 164lbs, rather than 168lbs.

There are videos of Ward approaching Loeffler (back-stage attending an event), telling him to either make him an offer for a fight or to stop using his name to promote GGG, which was around a time when Gennadiy and Sanchez kept mentioning Andre during media interviews.

Tom Loeffler conceded their brief discussion actually happened (in videos recorded at the same event). And immediately afterwards, Team GGG refrained from mentioning Andre’s name.

I think Andre Ward was probably jealous of the fact that GGG was HBO’s darling fighter. The S.O.G. didn’t receive the recognition Golovkin received, even though his resume is superior than the Kazakh’s.

GGG fought Canelo twice and signed a $100m contract with DAZN.

Those two things alone probably ensures the likelihood of GGG’s career earnings surpassing Ward’s.
