Duran stops him-maybe 10 rounds if it's at 140. At welter, Duran takes him sooner-maybe 6 or seven rounds.

Meldrick Taylor was a complete fighter and had lots of skills but, he can't do the same thing he did with his fight with Julio Cesar Chavez fighting toe to toe and winning most of the exchanges. He can't do that with the great Roberto Duran. It would be suicidal.

Taylor's best chance is to fight side to side and use his speed of hands and feet a la Edwin Viruet or Sugar Ray Leonard.

But, Taylor tends to love to slug it out for some reason. In the last round with Chavez, he was hurt, but instead of using his feet to move around, he wanted to fight more and more and got knocked out with 2 seconds left in the result. If he just would have stayed away and box, it would have been a different story.

Still, is Duran's fight all the way. Duran wins by knockout if Taylor chooses to go toe to toe or by Unanimous decision if Taylor uses his speed of hands and feet.
