Some interesting stats....

Cent0089 really went against the grain picking both Borrego & Cieslak for upsets!
Other than that everyone picked the same Dobson, Rigondeaux, Taylor, Okolie.

Most people went Dobson by decision (16), 2 by stoppage.
Folks were split for Rigondeaux with 7 by decision and 12 by stoppage
The majority see Taylor to stop Catterall late on. 6 chose a decision, the rest all picked round 6 and over.
All but 1 person picked Okolie to get the stoppage

So heading into the final fight for February and there's 3 players in line to get the bonus points
Oogie (The Bastard) leads the way on 165 points
IronBeard & NoScoutingReports are close behind on 160 points.

Each player has picked a different round for Okolie to get the stoppage tonight, if 'Beardy' or 'Reports' nail the round, they will spectacularly overtake the dominant Oogie (the BASTARD!!)

A quick side note
Ironbeard has informed me that he is unable to continue running the league due to circumstances. He will hopefully be back in the fold a little later down the line.
I don't want to single handedly pick what fights we include, so I will pick a commitee of selectees.
I will update the Standings thread with more information after the conclusion of February's league.

I cocked up the earlier totals as one of the early fights this weekend had double points attached (copied and pasted formulas from the previous week and forgot to remove the multiplier ). That's been rectified now.

Anyway....this was a strange weekend!

- All 4 fights lasted the distance for a max of 40 potential points.
- Everyone lost 10 points with the Rigondeaux upset loss
- Taylor got a gifted win, giving everyone unwarrented points and a few who chose the decision method!
- Everyone (bar one pick for Cieslak) chose Okolie to win a stoppage, so all lost 5 points on the method.

A bunch of folks tied for the most weekly points with just 25, which shows the unpredictability of the weekends selected fights. And a note, Beardy missed off the other big fight this weekend - the upset of Chris Colbert. I imagine most of us would have missed out on points there too!

And so the February league ends and oogiebe(The Bastard) wins again with 160 points, earning 15 bonus points.
Ironbeard and NoScoutingReports come in joint second with 155 points and share the 2nd and 3rd place bonus points (7.5 each).

Overall Oogbie is steaming ahead on 275 points and a 57.83% pick success rate!
Following up is DrDuke on 230 points and Cent0089 with 225 points leading a bunched up, chasing pack!
Let's all pray for oogiebe having a shocker in March so we can all catch up!
