Either Valdez take a decision or late round stoppage over the Hitman after Hearns out-box him behind his jabs and right hands in the early rounds.

Rodrigo Valdez was very strong. He survives the great Thomas Hearns early barrage and wins by knockout with Hearns wilting in 9 or 10 rounds.
