Intriguing bout, as some ways, Bonavena is like the second coming of Firpo.

Not sure what happens, but somebody (or both?) gets knocked out of the ring.

Either Ringo outwork Firpo on the body with heavy punches to either take a decision or a knockout from rounds 5 to 12 or Firpo would use his size advantages to outwork Ringo to either decision him or stop him in the later rounds.

I'd favor Bonavena to win a slugfest. Either via late KO or UD. They're both crude, brawling type guys, I think Firpo hits harder, but I think Bonavena takes a shot better, and wasn't exactly feather fisted himself. So I think Ringo's toughness wins the day here.
