Good fight that I enjoyed it was competitive all the way through, I had Ramirez nicking it 115-113 but would have no qualms with it the other way, i thought Pedraza boxed beautifully at times from the southpaw stance, countered Ramirez with the jab and the lead left, walked him onto it expertly in there, some of his work on the ropes was top drawer, Ramirez brought the pressure and strength, worked the right hand up top and left down bottom, didn't always let his hands go when in range, was obviously mindful of being picked off which Pedraza was able to do, always finished the rounds strong to sway judges, i had Ramirez taking last 2 to get the win but all in all a very good fight

Mate if anything you’re under selling this a bit, I’m really enjoying it

You know the major thing I noticed as a big contrast from the Taylor fight?

There aren’t too many clinches. You haven’t got Gorilla Josh and the Wrestling Grip of Doom in there.

I seen the result when I was searching for fight first thing this morning, one of the headlines suggested it an easy night for Ramirez

Tell you what, watching Pedraza closely he plays a lovely clever game with his lead foot, smoothly and deceptively switching it from inside to outside Ramirez lead foot. It only takes him a split second to take the inside angle and steal a jab or the outside one for a quick left hand. Hes a great fighter to watch because he’s always asking technical questions of his opponent

I thought Ramirez did just enough but it was hard fought throughout, Pedraza is a nice boxer and looked good when he went southpaw with several sneaky backhands rocking the head back of Ramirez on his way in, clever operator. Agree with CP regarding the lack of clinching, was quite refreshing after watching Flores Jr on the undercard which was the complete opposite. Joet Gonzalez boxed well, jab was on point and broke down a very tough Santisima, patient performance.
