Considering Tatsuyoshi's best performances were at 118, pitting him at 122 against such a capable puncher as Dogboe -- who looked like a potential Hall of Famer until he ran into Navarette -- doesn't seem to bode well.
Tatsuyoshi did go 1-2 against dangerous punchers at 118: namely, Sirimongkhon (who later won the WBC Super Featherweight title) and Veeraphol, both of whom I could see defeating Dogboe. In some ways, Navarette is like a souped-up Rabanales.
Tatsuyoshi's only real forays into 122 were the two title fights against Zaragoza. In these, he lost to a vastly more experienced, skilled, durable southpaw.
Taking the past-his-prime Tatsuyoshi's inspired performance against Sirimongkhon as a yardstick (though of course he's no Dogboe) one might be tempted to say Tatsuyoshi wins. But it is hard to imagine Tatsuyoshi trading and standing up to Dogboe's punches they way he did Sirimongkhon's.
Dogboe doesn't surpass Tatsuyoshi in either the skill or will departments. But at 122, I'd edge toward a Dogboe win by decision or late stoppage.

Agree. I tend to see Dogboe as hitting too hard for Tatsuyoshi at 122 and both guys would want to war. Dogboe TKO7
