Neil Magny almost executing a Gotch-Style Piledriver a la Minoru Suzuki on Max Pain Griffin  the verdict could have gone to both, though.

Fun one by Kara-France and Askarov, as close as Griffin/Magny was.

Barberena vs. Brown was barbaric, to-the-death, and all-out, as a grizzled veteran vs. tough gatekeeper can be.

Blayde has maybe, I repeat, maybe, make another case of himself as a future heavyweight contender if he can still hit like that.

Mighty Mouse put in a great performance this weekend in One FC, also John Wayne Parr retired, he's part of the furniture

You could see in his face he was devastated

DJ even looked good in the standup round. It showed how difficult a boxer would find it in the cage against a top flight MMA guy.

He beat Rodtang mate. It’s on YouTube worth a watch.

Rules were rounds 1,3,5 Muay Thai and 2&4 MMA.

His takedown defense was terrible. He fell for the fake and winged a hook so massive it turned his back. Terrible mistake against someone as good as DJ. You can’t just wade in and knock a guy as technically brilliant as him out.

I had been watching both train and I thought Rodtang would have had better takedown and submission defense tbh. There was talk of him transitioning to MMA if he won.

Yes I was gutted because he’s my joint favourite active fighter just now along with Jiri Prochaska

irrespective of what training he had done i would have laid strong odds on his throwing a full-power hook and getting taken down

Because I’ve sparred a couple of high ish level jits guys and had them wobbling taking it easy, I’ve always felt a good boxer would take their heads off but one mistake from Rodtang and it was game over.

Yeah & some of them guys don't like taking shots, and from that point will make it their business to time you, shoot underneath your shot an go for the takedown, from then, unless he's weak as a kitten , you will likely get wrapped up

Always about finding a way to impose yourself on someone who has a lot of tools in their kit,and making them wary enough to not try and work it on you, if you can't and they can make it their fight then you've got a job on your hands

Good thing is I’m too old to fight under rules these days, so can always resort to gouging and biting if a one two hook gets me in bother 🤣🤣
