A fine technical bout, based on the premises. Sergio did not quite impress against Fundora, as it was however an awkward fight for both guys, but good for them keeping him as future contender.

decently matched, fundoras such a freak and garcia did well enough in that (closer than the cards + bloodied fundy) that im curious to see him vs a more conventional lower top 10-15 guy , like tony

Sergio Garcia: I Thought Fight With Fundora Was Certainly Closer Than Some Judges Thought
“I thought the fight was certainly closer than what some of the judges thought,” Garcia told BS.com. “But I don’t dwell on the negative. I try to remain in the positive, which is that I put up a great fight and the fans were seemingly pleased with what they saw. They liked my style, they liked my attitude, what I achieved in that fight. And that’s just gonna be a lesson that I take moving forward, to where I plan to do even better on Saturday night and give the fans even more of a show when they see me fight on April 9th.”
“He and I share the same promoter now,” Garcia said in reference to Sampson Lewkowicz. “He has big plans for both of us. Would I like to have the rematch with Fundora? Yes. But the thing is, now that we have the same promoter, it might be that for the foreseeable future Fundora and I might just have different paths in our careers, until we meet again someday.”

One of a couple of pickum fights this weekend.
Interesting to see how Garcia fares. Harrson has the Charlo victory, so must have something about him!

True, but that did take quite a bit out of him, especially the second one. And how he struggled with Perralla who I don't really rate.Fightnight Scores wrote: ↑08 Apr 2022, 14:43 One of a couple of pickum fights this weekend.

But yes a step up for Garcia who is coming off a loss, and arguably his best win is the Cheese?
Definitely will be a fan friendly all action bout
