Shall we just agree at the start of this thread that Richard Steele has been done to death and we should talk about other refs?
I was just rewatching Darius Michalczewski vs Montell Griffin and was once again astounded by Joe Cortez's stoppage. What was he doing!? It was an inexplicable move.
What are some other egregious stoppages from our more notable third men in the ring?

Howard Foster is pretty well known in the UK, his stoppage of Groves against Froch in a world title bout was bad, Groves was ahead on all the scorecards and didn't look in trouble.
