Has anyone in UK tried to order this on Fite? I tried to earlier and it wasn't processing when entering card info.

Unfortunately they didn't seem to be saved. I have purchased 2 previous PPVs on Fite I believe in the past without issue.

I would be tempted to pick ugas points if I had faith in fair judging. Might change my picks on this based on weigh ins...

really hard to say who has more miles on the clock. Are people confedent ugass age is real? Because 35 with Cuban genes is fresh compared to 31 American driving cars into walls...

How come everyone always questions a Cuban fighters age? Is there any reason that they would all lie and make themselves younger?
Lying about your age doesn't make you a fresher, better fighter, so what would be the purpose of doing it?

Have tweeted about this. Spence vs Ugas and Fury vs Whyte the bookmakers put the odds very similar for both fights.

Tyson Fury - 2/9
Dillian Whyte - 4/1
Draw - 45/1

Errol Spence Jr - 2/9
Yordenis Ugas - 9/2
Draw - 22/1


Anyone else think these odds are a) too close for Fury/Whyte...and b) too winde for Spence/Ugas?

Think ugas should be significantly closer than Whyte.

Also think the draw is paying too well on Whyte vs fury (seeing as it's UK and first 4 round headclash cuts are tech draws there)

Yes it's too wide for Spence-Ugas. With Spence fighting so infrequently in the past 3 years, I would make him about a -275 favorite.
But most of the odds I've seen have Fury closer to a 6-1 choice which sounds spot on. I give Whyte only about a 5% chance to dethrone Fury. And that's only if Fury is grossly overweight and simply disinterested.

Because when they defect they basicaly get to pick there age. They say they are younger, so it looks like they have more carrer prospect, so more promoters sign them for more money... Its a very good reason to lie.

Luckily cubans have mabey the best old man genes in the world, so it takes a bit of the sting of that.

I will not be at all surprised if Ugas wins this..

I think that it will be competitive. Maybe extremely narrow.
But it's still likely that the judges scorecards won't reflect just how tight the fight was. It would be a stunner if Ugas can outpoint Spence in Dallas, Texas.
It would be like Taylor losing to Catterall in Scotland.

Whyte with a 5% chance makes Fury a big bet @ 1/6.

Having thought about this fight, I believe everything Ugas does…Spence does better. I see Spence out -working and out-speeding Ugas. I’m not discounting that Ugas is a top fighter…I just believe Spence will be better on the night…in all areas. If Spence manages to stop Ugas that will be very impressive, I think it could happen late rounds. I’ll put a small bet on a rd 10-12 stoppage.

So, my belief in Ugas wasn't justified, but it was a nice effort by the Cuban. I enjoyed the fight and I don't agree with Farhood's shotout score in the first 5 rounds. It was a clash of the two elite competitors, something that moderm boxing lacks. The 6th round wasn't anything surprising. Actually, Spence could even be given a count there, the ropes helped him to regain balance after taking a clean punch. It's quite admirable, how Spence bounced back in the 7th, since then it was totally his fight. You know what, this fight ultimately forced me to give Spence more chances against Crawford than before, although I'm still picking Bud to win.
