Will allegedly lose money because people will be turned off by the lack of a single decent undercard fight?

The main event is very good, but I won't buy a PPV without at least one interesting undercard fight.

And I'm not too hard to please. I thought Fury-Wilder III had an excellent undercard, although many disagreed.

Do many people really buy a Pay Per View based on the undercard?

hardcores like us are a fringe group in the big picture, when talking about fights like this with mainstream attention. for the vast majority the whole thing is an event focused entirely around fury-whyte

Nice belt but for me there's still not the excitement factor for this fight. Fury should take it easy, at least with Wilder there was the danger factor.

Is it just me or has Fury lost so much weight that his skin looks a little loose or wrinkly in places? Not just in the stomach area but in other places as well.

Fury's physique suggests he's going for speed rather than power.

As far as training goes, this is where Fury is up there with the very best. He obviously favours the old style focus upon endurance rather than sheer power.

In the days of 15 rounds it made a lot of sense, but even with 12, there's certainly nothing wrong with developing Marciano like stamina.

I would think that well over 50% of fights are won by the fighter with better stamina.

Mayweather, Calzaghe and Froch were all obvious examples of boxers that always went the full 12 rounds.

Whyte is just as capable of putting Fury down than Wilder was. Smaller men who don’t hit as hard as Whyte have done so before.

Whyte has more to his game than Wilder does. This is a much closer fight in terms of skillset of both men.

Yeh; Fury said he didn’t understand the odds. With it being a HW bout, one punch can clean you out.

Agreed.

Whyte is better than Wilder in every area other than the one single punch.

'danger factor'? wtf! really laughable!

it's all skills! how to throw a punch and how to avoid getting hit by one.

but if fury would enter the ring thinking for a second whyte doesn't have the frikkin' 'danger factor' it would be lights out and game over for him.

it's just a fact that any man above 190 who knows how to throw a hand hits another man no matter how heavy on the right spot with full force and you don't see the punch coming it's definitely a knock down or knock out.

there are always a select few freaks of nature with an epic natural beard but if u got no time to react to a punch on the button it most definetly means lights out.

I think we can take this as meaning Fury intends on making the most of his reach and footspeed advantages. Could we see a one-sided beat down like the second Chisora fight?

Anyone knows what the estimated ring walk time will be? I have to do some planning.
