The Ruiz-like situation. If Joshua boxed, it would be an easy work for him. If Joshua was opened for trading, it would be 50-50.

The winner could take on the winner of Joe Louis vs the legendary Andy Ruiz.
Ruiz would have the weight "advantage", and we all know how important that is.

Notice that Louis didn't lose to Galento; he stopped him in the fourth round.
Joshua was actually stopped by Andy Ruiz.
It's almost like Louis was a lot better than Joshua.

Anthony Joshua is 6'6", 250lbs of full muscle.
Tony "Two Ton" Galento was 5'7", 215lbs of fat at best?

This is a big discrepancy in height and weight, not to mention the reach. Forget about it.

I don't care of how goofy Joshua is, he ain't losing to Two Ton Galento.

Can somebody tell me the tale of the reach between the two?

Anthony Joshua has a reach of 82"

"Two Ton" Tony Galento's reach was 72".

I guess someone wants Two Ton to be killed.

I think that Galento had a better chance with Eric "Butterbean" Esch in a 4-rounder than fighting Joshua.

Two Ton was actually 5'9". Anyways, Joshua would use his height and reach behind his long left jabs and right hands to out-box Two Ton to either take a decision or late round stoppage.

Nope, but Anthony Joshua is not Primo Carnera, either.

Galento was a tough tough man there's no doubt about it but he was so wide open to be hit that I can't see him really succeeding in the modern era where fights are called off rather quickly. He was incapable of hitting 6'7" Buddy Baer, yet he won a rather sloppy and exciting decision over 6'4"-6'5" Lou Nova. I think if Joshua was stuck to a game plan of just pollaxing Tony with jabs and occasional right crosses, he would stop him maybe somewhere between the 3rd or 5th round.
