A couple of my takes from the short bits I've watched of the press conference:
- Did else anyone get a feeling that Fury and Whyte have communicated directly these past few months?
- The height difference between Fury and Whyte is bigger than I expected. Turns out that other than the Seferi farce, Whyte is Fury's shortest opponent since Christian Hammer in 2015.

I asked someone at work today whether they’d be watching. He tends to watch the big fights, subscribed to DAZN for Billy Joe/Canelo, buys the AJ fights and paid for Wilder/Fury 2.

He said he’ll be watching but only if he can find a stream. Said he’s not paying £25 for it as it’s expensive for just one fight with an undercard of no one he’s head of. I think a lot of people will do the same.

In all fairness I don't stream boxing via link online, the iview box gets me all ppvs on a particular channel, I got it for all sports channels not just ppvs, I'm a £100 a year for thousands of channels plus thousands of movies and TV series, I've been offered cheaper ones but I know this one's reliable I've had it for a few years now so I'm happy enough

Mines is on an android box but most people I know usually get it put on firestick these days , I'm not sure how it works , I'm hopeless with that sort of stuff, a mate of mine does it, I give my mate the money for a years subscription , there's a live section with all the channels including ppvs and theres a section just for your movies and series

My mrs bought it off Amazon about 5/6 years ago on recommendation from someone she worked with who knew someone who was able to install Kodi on it, it was garbage though, barely worked, when a guy I knew started doing this Iview I was able to get him to install it on that same box a year or 2 later

just watching the presser now. and Wow it is bad. zero mega fight vibes. Feels like a random italian fight night on DAZN, except DAZN dont have that ear splitting ringing noise in the background. the MC is shit too, feels like he is scared of dillian chinning him.

Got a laugh about fury putting sugar hill in his seat, Frank looked a bit annoyed he doesnt get to sit next to Fury. Could be a good thing, i wouldent wanna be near sick boy frank with the mask off today, mabey its covid, mabey its a cold, either way you dont wanna be sick going into a big fight.

The entire altercation thing looked rehearsed honestly....

Not a clip you can pull out of that entire press confrence to go viral and sell ppvs.

It's not legal. It's IPTV, basically a streaming service that illegally gives you all channels, PPVs, VOD etc. I've had an IPTV suffice for a good few years now and I only use it for boxing and ppv, pays for itself pretty quickly even when that low usage.

The views on the YouTube videos from yesterday are truly dire. The PPV is surely going to flop? It's bizarre. Tickets did amazing but the show seems to be whimpering now. It's a shame because it will be a good fight.

Yeah - it’s strange. I was really expecting the press conference to generate more buzz yesterday but it hasn’t at all.

I’m sure come Saturday it’ll be getting a fair bit of press but there’s little at the moment.

I’d be surprised if they don’t do something today with Tyson and/or Whyte. It’s scheduled to just be the undercard press conference which won’t generate any hype so they may want to try and cram in one of those Johnny Nelson style head to head things. They’re a bit cringe but it could help get things going a bit more.
