What will Fury's weight be?
247, 257, 267, 277? Your guess is as good as mine, I'll settle on 265lbs.
Re: What will Fury's weight be?
I wouldn't be surprised if he was 280. I'm going for just as fat as Wilder 3 but also a bit more muscle on the shoulders and arms and just stronger generally. Something like Wilder 2 I guess, but fatter.

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
I'm hoping for something nearer 260lb but expecting closer to 280lb. He was in pretty good shape at 273lb for Wilder 2 and looked fat and less muscular at 277lb for Wilder 3.
Re: What will Fury's weight be?
260-265, I believe.
Re: What will Fury's weight be?
he looked pretty fit in his last video but who knows

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
I expect he'll come in big as Whyte is hardly known for his speed, is he.
Rather worryingly I've heard there's a popular opinion that Fury might just try to lean on Whyte and try to sap his already suspect stamina.
Perhaps the real question is, just what condition is Dillian Whyte coming in?
His absolute peak, I hope.

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
If fury leans on whyte excessivly whyte must chance the odd foul... Back of head if he is hugging and leaning, dick shots if he has his head under his arm and leaning. Obviously within reason, and gotta vibe the refs reactions as to how much you continue, but cant let fury get those moments free where he is resting and your holding him up.. The other option is just to go spaggetti legs and let both of you hit the floor.Thomastearns wrote: ↑18 Apr 2022, 13:30 I expect he'll come in big as Whyte is hardly known for his speed, is he.

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
3 days away from the fight and still no sign of Whyte?
Apparently he will be there for the final press conference tomorrow.
I love the way Whyte has stolen Fury's prefight thunder here by neutralising all of his mind games.
Fury might well be the one off balance and with a few doubts in his mind.

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
Fury claims to have been training for this since January. His weight is irreverent, really. Until he meets a boxer that will attack his body relentlessly, he will win. Wilder and his team were too stupid. Hopefully Whyte's team isn't.
When you fight a 6'9" guy, with good head movement, and immense body size to lean on you, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist type trainer to figure it out. My $.02. Btw, hoping for Whyte by KO!

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
Agree he looks around 275lb, perhaps a little stronger and leaner than he was for the third Wilder fight - still has back fat aplenty, but his trunks are lower than they'll be for the fight, so he should look leaner at the fight. It actually wouldn't surprise me if he comes in under 270lb.
I also agree that none of the above should affect the fight much.

I think Fury will be mainly on his bike tomorrow night but nevertheless the 'bodysnatcher' will do well to live up to his name.
Rounds 6-9 could be where this fight is won or lost.
Even as a Whyte fan, I think Dillian will need a KO.

Re: What will Fury's weight be?
Here's another question - how tall are they?
Fury is listed as 6'9" and Whyte as 6'4". I think they're both around 1.5" shorter - Fury 6'7.5"-6'8" tops, Whyte is no taller than 6'2.5".

What do I win? Good thing it's not a woman, that would get me in trouble. Fury's body is a shame to to the heavyweight championship. It a good thing its not a beauty contest. Bald with love handles. That's a bad combination for someome who's 33.jezzamundo wrote: ↑24 Apr 2022, 21:36You were off by less than one tenth of one percent - not a bad guess indeed!pound per pound wrote: ↑24 Apr 2022, 19:53Not a bad guess.pound per pound wrote: ↑15 Apr 2022, 16:54 247, 257, 267, 277?
