I can only echo the posters who are saying Parker looks good, infact very good....but where are the tests at good international level on his record ? :maybe:

He didn't clean up at domestic level...probably could of.
He's not proved himself with a couple of decent European title fights...probably could of.
He's not contested a serious world title eliminator....definitely could of.

Despite the complete lack of form against world class I have a feeling Parker is going to pull this off....he's got power, got boxing ability and can probably deal with the trickery of Andrade better than anyone else.

Did just under 7k on the first day. Fair play. Looks like they could get 15k+ in there. Will be an excellent night.

No chance it did 7k first day. There are about 1500 tickets sold if you check the seating plan online.

Prices starting from 55 notes.
When did boxing get so expensive? Especially Queensbury.

I listened to 2 interviews with Frank earlier. The first with IFL he said they’d done 7k, then the Boxing Social (I think) he said between 5-6k.

I’m more inclined to believe the lower number if anything. Even 5k’s a decent start. They’ll give Heaney a right soft touch in Telford and then get him to try and sell another few thousand for this.

Boxrec showing Marc Leach vs Liam Davies on this card.

Davies injury healed up nice and quick...

I don't know why they didn't just say he pulled out of the Cain fight for this opportunity, no-one could object to him taking a British Title bout ahead of some alphabet nonsense.

Didn’t he fight last month? Leach?

Good turnaround.

Glad this is off, just hope it's not pushed back too far. This and buatsi on the same night is a joke, gotta spread good UK fight nights a bit.

Part of me thinks eds slipped Andrade bit of cash to push it back and avoid the clash... Or shit Mabey Franks done it... Or Mabey he is actually hurt. The point is I know nothing, but there's plenty of motive everywhere to delay this a touch.

Shame as it’s a good fight.

I’d imagine Frank will try and get a replacement opponent and keep the date. I can’t imagine it being easy to get Pride Park booked for a fight and I think it’s their only show planned during May.

It’s the final fight on his contract with Matchroom and I’d imagine they don’t want to pay him his contractual minimum to fight on a US show as he almost certainly doesn’t drive subscribers.

I think BT/Frank will keep the show. They’ve got near 3 weeks to find a replacement opponent. May not be for the interim but I’m sure they could find someone else from the top 15 in the WBO. Unless I’ve missed a shot I think this is the only card they’ve got lined up so won’t want to cancel.

We know Frank doesn’t do well with replacements.

Ask Cacace.
