Canelo quietly thinking he could march through LHW. SMW is a bust division.

Fair play to Bivol. Dont want to hear about canelo being outsized, becuase i think he was heavier than Bivol in there.

I will accept canelo went past his prime weight. needs to shed a bit of mass.

They could rematch 168 for undisputedd..... that would be juicy. ( but canelo will probably want 175 again to risk bivols belts not his, but id like it at 168.)

115-113, just fine. Bivol vs Beter - Smith winner on undisputed .....for Canelo, go back to 168 and never talk about Usyk and cruiserweight. :box: :box: :box:

If he beat Bivol tonight, I don't think anyone would beat him, honestly. Of course, it's dumb to think about Usyk, but the rest of the LHW division is suspect, especially Beterbiev. Bivol is the only truly prime fighter at LHW (and p4p-esque), and if Canelo marched through him, I would start wondering if those fantasy matchups could be true.

The bridge of Canelo’s nose is definitely swollen.

Beterbiev would beat the daylights out of him, let alone a HW like Usyk.

Beterbiev is breaking down, though. At the right moment...

Now, prime Beterbiev is a different story. Hell, I don't think Canelo would hang with the Kovalev that was marching through LHW and beat Ward. Still, Canelo caught Kovalev at the right moment in his career, and I was dreading he'd do the same with Beterbiev if he beat Bivol tonight.

Okay what next....
Bivol-Beterbiev....
Canelo needs to go back to middle/super middle....still some good fights there.

Looks like we're gonna get the instant rematch though.

I had it 118-110. Right man won, but there is no realistic way anybody could have this 115-113. It's sad when judges get applauded for doing a F'd up job, just not a disgraceful one.

I hope Canelo moves back down and fights Golovkin at 168. I see absolutely no reason for a rematch. Canelo lost this so distantly. He never had even a glimmer of a chance. I do think this fight makes Bivol looks a lot better than he is. I still don't think he'd beat Beterbiev. The Beterbiev that mowed down Gvozdyk is an absolute monster!

115 - 113 x3, they tried to be generous. Given what I saw against Kovalev, Canelo was poised to fail and that also (kind of) shocked me.

That's right. The robbery was in the making, but Bivol gave them no chance.
