They're doing the British Title proud. Good stuff.

Momentum changing? Not been focused on the fight unfortunately.

Re: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022
Did Woodhall just call Bentley a southpaw??
Re: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022
Bentley has done well coming back. Wasn't sure he could.
(That on screen into in the bottom left corner doesn't half make me fancy some battenberg.)

Could be a point either way or draw.
Udofia was in control but Denzel has hurt Linus more.

Udofia is very confident.
I hope that the ref missing that KD doesn't lose Denzel the fight.![[icon_witsend.gif] :witzend:](./images/smilies/icon_witsend.gif)

A draw would be the right result in my book. Neither deserves to lose.

He turned southpaw briefly .

After 12 rounds
Split decision
116-113 Bentley
115-114 Udofia
115-113 Bentley
And New British Champion.

Who’s the guy being chased out the ring.
Re: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022
Fair enough judging for a change - a close split felt right.
I had it Udo by a round (one drawn), and if the KD had been counted it woulda been a draw.

Re: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022
Belter of a fight, I had it 115-113 Bentley, close all the way through and swung back and forth, both sharp boxers, quick with the jab, Udofia boxed behind his better at range and when he got up close landed the cuter punches , Bentley looked his best when putting it on Udofia, both were wild and erratic, swinging from the rafters but it was good to watch
Bentley should've had a knockdown in the 8th, big right down the pipe had Udofia taking a knee, no idea how the ref could've missed it even on blindside, think Bentley's work down the stretch nicked it for him, Udofia still looked sharp making Bentley miss with plenty but a bizarre last round, boxed like he was pissing it, what was he thinking?

This non-live stuff was really good too.
Pauls vs Kelly deserved to be live.

If Josh Kelly would have stayed with Matchroom, how many fights would he have had since the Avenesyan loss ?
Re: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022
Brilliant enjoyed that , a lot of people I know have lost interest in boxing lately with all the ppv and dazn stuff , but that last night will hopefully rekindle a interest .
