Yoka needs a breakout performance, this is the time for him to step up and show us how good he is. A dominant win against Bakole will cement him into that mix below the top end of the heavyweight division and mark him out as a real contender.
Another sub par effort and I doubt anyone will be bothered about him going forward.

I think it's a good fight for Yoka to batter Bakole. It was hard to watch Nelson refusing to pull Bakole out when Bakole was begging him to do it vs Hunter. I wonder what will happen tonight when he starts taking a hiding from Yoka

Excellent news, wonder who the comm will be, Rawlings maybe ? Yoka gotta be fave, otherwise the Frenchies have made a calamitous mistake, but Martin is a very live underdog, It’s hard to remember much about Martin since that hugely damaging defeat to Hunter, But I remember thinking he looked good early, and Hunter is a nightmare to fight - if he’s got real belief and comes out winging, he could well upset the French golden goose here. Excellent heavy crossroads fight, the French prez was at Yokas last fight….

I can see a similar fight to Yoka last one against Djeko….. but stopping an exhausted Bakker in 9.

I’d like to see Martin do it would be awesome

Bakole for the 'upset', although in my eyes it's a close fight. I don't think Yoka is all that, much better up and comers out there imo. Maybe he'll prove me wrong, but I don't see the hype tbh.

Anyone watching? Surely Victor Yoka is not Tony’s brother? He’s way darker. Cousin?

France are 1 hour ahead? So I’d imagine 9:30?

Its an 8 rounder coming up, after another break, then Yoka time, so it could be 30 minutes away, maybe 45.

Slightly eccentric new commentator on the mic, a bit of the Steve Holdsworth about him

10-8 Bakole.

Yoka looks like he won't last long unless he starts running and tyring Bakole. Glass chin said anyone?
