I figure Charles wins a clear decision. Tua of course has a puncher's chance, Charles is the better fighter and most likely wins.

The smart money would say Charles. And that is probably correct considering Tua wasn't able to do anything with Chris Byrd. But Charles was much smaller than Byrd, and he wasn't as elusive as Byrd. So I think there would be more drama in the contest for sure.
