The fights picked are good.

Tbh, I’d rather have the Kov-Pulev over Pulev-Forrest.

Ramirez fight I’m not too fussed with.

We’d just be guessing what round he finishes him.
—————

I have also covered the following:

Friday night card: Denzel Bentley vs. Linus Udofia | CH5 - 13 May 2022 - Wasserman’s first CH5 show.

Mayweather’s exhibition, of course has no room her.

Hannah Rankin vs. Alejandra Ayala | FightZone - 13 May 2022

Another Friday DAZN card: Daniele Scardina vs. Giovanni De Carolis | DAZN - May 13, 2022

100% agree with Ruthie.
I was going to post about the Krusher before I even read his reply.

I think pulev vs Forrest is bigger than pulev vs kov.

Trev's a no-one, kovs an old man.

Big Puleves an old man but still fringe relevant in heavyweight division, an Forrest has been in back to back to back relevant fights.

It also a very very interesting Pickem in my opinion.

Too many picks anyway. Three is good if they are 50/50 or close to.
Quality is more variables, not quantity.

But it makes for more interesting picks.

Kubrat will be a bug favourite against Forrest no?

Whereas Tev and Kov wont be as predictable.

I don't mind if non of them made the cut.

I wouldent have kubrat a big favorite vs forrest. Mabey im way off, but pulev is 41, coming off 18 months inactivity and a KO loss which he was sick befor. if pulev is a big favorite, then im betting big on jerry.

Pulevs last good win was 4 years ago... big difference between when your 37 and 41 in boxing...

Possible fights for next week!

• Gervonta Davis vs. Rolly Romero

• Erislandy Lara vs. Gary O’Sullivan

• Mahmoud Charr vs. Michael Wallisch

• Otto Wallin vs. Rydell Booker (Thursday)

That’s all I’ve covered. If there are any more? Any on the Davis-Romero undercard.

Charr-Wallisch might be a fun on to add.

I agree. Was just putting it out there. The first 3 fights seem ok. Both not world beaters so why not.

Only Davis vs Romero is relatively close to pick 'em, although only on paper.

I think more people will choose Romero than what would have chosen him before.

Davis didn’t look the best against Cruz, but Cruz was a little shit. Styles make fights.

Davis is still a beast.

Davis could come out strong to make up for his last performance and make a statement. I think he'll stop him rather quickly.

Re: Standings/Rules; 2022 Fight Picks Contest - Standings Updated: May 30

Post by Fightnight Scores »

People may not have seen the Standings update on the other thread so I'll post it here too:

margaret thatcher ends the May league in top spot on 115 points! That's 15 bonus points for the overall league.
DrDuke takes second spot on 105 points (he takes 10 bonus points) and the bastard oogiebe 3rd on 100 points (5 bonus).

Overall Standings Overview
oogiebe has entended his lead at the top ending May 15 points ahead of second placed adislav123 and 25 points ahead of myself in 3rd.
margaret thatcher is the biggest mover rising 2 place from 6th into 4th spot.
