There's nothing wrong with building a guy up and/or taking it slow, learning on the job, even waiting for some beasts to vacate or move up before you time your run...

But that's not what we're watching tonight - it's just horrid mismatches.

Sky have had plenty of shows like this. Both with Hearn and now with Boxxer.
This is a genuinely dreadful card. It’s also the only UK card of June. Game changed baby.
Yeah - I said in one of my previous comments that it’s been trash so far.

Would you honestly expect Davies (both of them), Ritson or McKenna to beat Dalton?

I don’t. Get them on. 25 years old and he should be ready if he wants to become a world champion.

Agree 100% :TU:
He should be winning the LLB outright in his next 4 fights and IF he wins them all that's graduating Boxing University and ready for a run at Euro/World/PPV... :box:

I think this is the first time I’ve seen a European title fight in this country with 3 neutral judges and a neutral referee.

Also good to know what Robert Smith’s middle initial is.

Zelfa ‘the brown stain’ Barett and Alen ‘The Cabbage’ Babic are my favourite modified nicknames.

Barrett’s first two or three jabs visibly and audibly landing on thin air a good foot away from Kourbanov.

Give him the decision now.

Was a bit unfair on this belgium lad. I dont think he is going to win, but i called it a probably missmatch, this as been compeditive so far.... I never have faith in random belgium boxers, even if they have a euro.

Zelfa looking the best I’ve ever seen him rounds 3-5. Very impressive. 3-2 to Zb but only one winner here

Haven't followed Zelfa too closely, but wasn't particularly impressed before this fight based on the quality of opposition and arguably losing to Kiko. However, he's looked good tonight and Kourbanov isn't useless. Would be a worthy defence for the Ogawa-Cordina winner to be fair.

I've stopped scoring.

Zelfa has almost complete control and a healthy lead.
