Jeff Chandler was an exceptional boxer. But, his drug addiction problems made him not to go that far. But, by circa 1980-83, he was close to great.
He still should be considered one of the all-time top 20 greatest bantamweights, though.

Jeff outboxes Albert in a tough fight.
