Mc Cracken as a trainer

Post by Max Molyneux »

Whats he like?

I hear from posters on other forums that he's not so good and the way Eastman's lazy in the ring could back that up?

McCracken seems to talk a lot of sense in the corner but I don't think his fighters ever listen to him. Eastman won't work harder, Froch won't keep his hands up and Walker, Thirwell, Corcoran etc won't stop getting into wars.

Daws has been his only sucess so far imo. Be interesting to see Meager v Thaxton but I predict another hard night where a McCracken fighter gets into a war and loses. Froch may be British champ but with his amateur pedigree that should have been a given

So he's not like Booth who lets fighters like Haye do what they want?

The Average Hennessy fighter seems mostly just paired with him unless they have their own trainer already.
