Boxings Mr Excitment is back

Post by Old bones Ian »

In a great move the most exciting heavyweight in the world John Ruiz is coming back, he is to face Ruslan Chagaev in an eliminator for the WBA title.

I bet the fans will be lining up to watch the non stop punching of Ruiz once again, who can forget his thrilling fights with Golota, Rahman and Johnson.
This is possibly the best news for boxing fans this year :TU:

Christ on a bike, surely Ruiz must have made enough money to bloody well retire. I mean, with his style, he cannot enjoy fighting that much, so why won't he just piss off?

Chageav is untested at world level but pack real power and is bloody strong...so Ruiz is going to cling on like a limpit. Just what the heavyweight division needs  [/img]

Maybe the boxing fans around the world could unite and pay him an annual purse not to fight?

If every boxing fan around the world paid £1 we could stop John fighting for years.........
