I know the broadcasters have their woke agenda and I know that promoters like to penny pinch - though when will this end ?

Almost every tv show now has a usually mis matched woman’s main event. Up to 10 tedious rounds of shoe shine punches and silence from the crowd.

For every Taylor / sorrano there are 100 fights like prices last night.

And what’s the solution ? Seperate female headlined / stacked shows ? Womens boxing further down bill? Even fights only ?

That's ridiculous - they don't have a "woke agenda".

Those saying the proliferation of girl fights is purely about money are only half right. The money saved by padding out a card with cheap girl fights pales into insignificance beside the financial damage falling foul of the online woke mob can do to a business. Like seemingly every other major business in the uk, broadcasters virtue signal their woke values as a kind of insurance policy to avoid being cancelled.

There's a huge cultural issue with womens boxing that alienates a huge % of potential audience from the get go. Lots of folk simply dont like seeing girls hit other girls in the face. Doesn't matter how much they push it, for this period of time it will always be a minority sport because only the minority can really stomach it.
Naturally it will have a fan base, as does eating nettles and welly throwing. The womens movement is forever changing and it will gather momentum, hopefully outside of my time.

Lack of power for me. If there were a few bad ass women banging out all comers of watch. Women’s MMA easier to watch for that reason.
