Bivol should just rematch Canelo first, get that big payday and then if he still have that belt unify with AB.
Btw, I'd like to see Beterbiev crushing that protected 0 of Zurdo Ramirez.
which fight do you want to see more, canelo-bivol 2 or bert-bivol?apollo creed wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 03:16 Arthur is a very good inside fighter. He knows very well how to cut off the ring, close the distance gap and then place smartly his short-compact and very powerful punches. Don't forget that he stopped Gvozik.

I'm not gonna lie. I have a sneaky wish of seeing Canelo vs Beterbiev at 175 lbs on Cinco de Mayo 2023, of course if Canelo will legitly beat Bivol in rematch.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 03:59which fight do you want to see more, canelo-bivol 2 or bert-bivol?apollo creed wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 03:16 Arthur is a very good inside fighter. Dmitry Bivol beats Artur Beterbiev, but this is irrelevant to this discussion.apollo creed wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 03:16Bivol definitely should cash in vs Canelo II, before he'd have to fight AB
The casuals haven’t even heard of Canelo.AngryGoon38 wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 13:17golden_balls wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 05:08 canelo-artur brutality as a freak sideshow at some point would bring in the most $$$
This is true, even though, Beterbiev-Bivol would be overall a better bout.
The casuals would be more interested to see Canelo take on Artur.
Especially if Canelo says certain things to hype up the bout.
Personally, I see Beterbiev busting up Canelo, en route to an 8th round tko.
Wheras, with Bivol, it would be Alot more competitive. I think that he "Could" go the distance with Beterbiev.
If he sticks to A survivalist approach that is.
Otherwise, Artur probably gets him out of there within 10 rounds, by means of sheer overwhelming Force.![]()
Bivol would probably wait Canelo for Sept. Its not so long. Why risking that huge payday?Enlightened-One wrote: ↑20 Jun 2022, 05:37Dmitry Bivol beats Artur Beterbiev, but this is irrelevant to this discussion.apollo creed wrote: ↑19 Jun 2022, 03:16Bivol definitely should cash in vs Canelo II, before he'd have to fight AB
Bob Arum claimed last week that Top Rank/ESPN wouldn’t consider pitting the victor of Beterbiev-Smith Jr. against DAZN’s Dmitry Bivol next.
Artur Beterbiev will likely face Anthony Yarde next.
I don’t know what Dmitry Bivol will do whilst he’s waiting for Canelo to beat GGG.
I strongly suspect that ESPN/Top Rank expect Canelo to eventually avenge his loss against Bivol, with the Mexican willing to sign a one-fight deal with them to engage in a title unification against Artur Beterbiev.
Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev would both prefer to face Canelo rather than fight each other.
I’m not so sure.apollo creed wrote: ↑20 Jun 2022, 09:01Bivol would probably wait Canelo for Sept. Its not so long. It really depends how Canelo will look vs Bivol in their rematch. If Canelo would "beat" Bivol via judging bias then I doubt he'd fight Beterbiev next.
