tbh, maybe if we just had monthly champs, people would be more inclined to participate. seems like less of a long haul and if you fall behind you can start again soon
Yeah that's why we've been doing monthly leagues. New people come along occasionally but tend not to stick around.

What ever is easier..

The regular 15 you mentioned will still be on.

But sometimes people don’t wanna join mid way.

And start a new one, all on zero points for the second half of the year?

We might get more players, if people have seen it's been ongoing and are interested but didn't want to join in part way through.

Thoughts?
u can do both easy.

start a new 2nd half of 2022 competition.

keep the all year competition for 2022 running 'in the background'.

if u dump it completely, the non stop shit talk about 'what if...' is guaranteed... I can promise you that.😉

and I know one or 2 other guys in hot pursuit of the bastardized one who won't shut up either for the rest of the year.

really not necessary.

as it really isn't finished yet so everybody will keep it running 'unofficially' anyways.

Quarterly from zero to hero, then take the top 5 every quarter to the end of year for an annual champ.
That would break it into 4 so you can join up new folk 4 times a year. And for those in it all the way an end of year reckoning.

I'm liking the Rodriguez Rungvisai, the Arrogo Martinez, and maybe just because he is never in a boring fight- Egginton :maybe:
That could be just my personal bias, let you guys decide :TU:

What would your 3 picks be?
Fightie wants us to narrow it down to a consensus of 3 for the week... :maybe:

For the new league I am proposing a few changes... let me know your thoughts commitee people and regular players!

1. No more bonus points each month
This only puts people further ahead of the field and could put people off from continuing.

2. Amends to the points:
Correct winner: 5 points
Correct method: 8 points
Correct round: 15 points
Correct draw: 30 points
